Meadow is an agricultural community that is eight miles south of Fillmore just off I-15.  The settlement was originally called Meadow Creek after the adjacent creek.  Chief Walker and his people often used the area for a campground.
Meadow has a nice park, playground, baseball field, and LDS chapel.  There are also two gas stations.
Kids are bused to Fillmore for all grades of school.
