Flowell is six miles west of Fillmore in the Pahvant Valley.  There are a large number of flowing wells in the region.  Flowell was known earlier as Crystal.  Flowell is a farming community, mostly raising hay and corn.  Flowell has an LDS chapel, but the kids are bused to Fillmore for all grades of school.
